Hassle-Free Jewelry Return Policy

In-Store Purchases All merchandise remains the sole property of James Free Jewelers until paid in full. Exchanges made within 30 days (returns made within 10 days) must be accompanied by an original sales slip. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and include packaging and warranties. Special and custom orders are not refundable.

Online Purchases Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with all tags, including the “Do Not Remove” tag and stickers attached. James Free Jewelers will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, usage, has been altered from its original condition or sized.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within two weeks of delivery date on timepieces that are unworn and unaltered from their original condition with all tags attached, warranty card included, and original packaging included.

Free return shipping is limited to a maximum one return per item. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

For Gift Card promotions: if a return is made within the return policy timeframe, the gift card will not be applicable and will be void. If the gift card has been used, the sale becomes final but is eligible for an exchange only.

Timepiece Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within two weeks of delivery date on timepieces that are unworn and unaltered from their original condition with all tags attached, warranty card included, and original packaging included. A 30% restocking fee is required for all timepiece returns, this will be applied to your refund.

Special Orders

All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price. Orders cannot be canceled or amended after 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancelations made to special orders outside the initial 24-hour period are not eligible for a refund or refund of the deposit. Please note that all special orders are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another in-stock item of equal value or towards an item of greater value 30 days after your shipment.

Holiday Return Extension

In-Store Purchases Any purchase made starting the Friday after Thanksgiving through December 24th, the Return and Exchange Policy will be extended to 10 days after Christmas Day.

Online Purchases If you have placed your order on or after Thanksgiving day your return window is extended to the greater of 10 days after December 25 or 30 days after your purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price upon the placement of the order. The remaining balance of the order is due at completion. No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom orders. All sales are final.

Returning Piercing Jewelry

Earrings and jewelry purchased and used for piercing cannot be returned or exchanged due to strict health standards. All earrings purchased with the intent of piercing are final sale.
